Change of plans! My parents called me and decided to bite the bullet to buy new tickets so they could come play with me next week!! I was so excited to hear the news and can’t wait to have some fun!!
Yesterday for work Matthew volunteered to teach 4th grade students at a local school , John Yehall Chin Elementary , here in the city. He taught them all about starting their own businesses one day and how to get started thinking of ideas. I guess it was pretty thorough, he had a recommended lesson plan and taught for 5 hours. Last night he came home talking all about it and really enjoyed the experience. They have him working on four different projects. Three of which are tech and he is loving every minute of what he is doing. He is continually learning new material and meeting new people.
As for me I just hang out at the apartment and explore the city. It’s a hard life I know. I went to Union Square the other day and loved all the shopping. Top designer clothes, half yearly sale at Nordstrom, a fun new exciting city, what more can a girl ask for. Life is great!!
