We are now in New York City, staying at a hotel right across from Madison Square Garden. It is such a great location, only a 5 minute walk to Times Square, Broadway, Pinkberry, and Empire State. If you can’t walk to it, we are close to major subway lines that can get us anywhere in the city pretty fast.

Matthew has been working pretty late, but Thursday he got the day off. They were planning an outdoor activity and we had quite the rainstorm Wednesday night, so it got cancelled and everyone got a free day off. We took advantage of the free time and hit up Shake Shack for lunch, did some grocery shopping and spent some time walking around both Union and Times Square taking in all that was around us. It was a great day…

We are looking forward to being here the next couple weeks while Matthew does his training. We will move out to San Francisco at the end of August.

I am so jelous! As I sit here in the ghetto looking across at the desk where you used to sit-you are livin' the big city life in NY. Think of me when you go shopping for clothes that I could only dream of having here in the UC. I love ya girl and miss ya!
