A Wonderful Weekend

This past weekend Matthew and I were able to get reacquainted with each other. Friday he got off work around 7:30 so I met up with him for dinner. We went Belden Alley which is right next to his office. I love going to Belden Alley because it has all kinds of fun restaurants and is lit up with Christmas lights. I just love the atmosphere and when the weather isn't to cold it's fun to sit outside. Friday nights pick was B44 and the food was great! Saturday we went to Townsend which is our favorite place to have breakfast. After breakfast we spent the afternoon running a few errands. Matthew went into work later that day for only 4 hours!! I was so excited! So I picked him up and we headed to the mall and did a little shopping at Nordstrom. For dinner we tried this new restaurant called Straits. It was Asian themed and had a really cool atmosphere. The food was good but it was probably just a onetime thing for us. On Sunday I was even more excited to find out that Matthew didn’t have to go into the office at all that day! It is such a treat to have your husband with you at church for all three hours! Our Sunday afternoon involved watching the Cowboys game, relaxing, and having our first home cooked dinner together since arriving in San Francisco. Our weekend was perfect but we have entered yet another busy week.
