Dr. Reed M. Powell, 90, passed away on September 19, 2011 surrounded
by his family.
He was born to Verner and Edith Powell in Provo, Utah. He married
Kathryn Ann Richards in the Logan Temple.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn, and five children, Reed Jr.
(Gail) Powell, Diane (Craig) Miller, Laurie (Blane) Noel, Blythe
(Stephen) Bach, and Susan Powell, fourteen grandchildren, fourteen
great-grandchildren, and a brother Lynn Powell. He was greatly loved
and will be greatly missed.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 near his
home in Villa Park, California.
A graveside service will be held this Saturday, October 1, 2011, at
1:00 p.m. at Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East Bengal
Boulevard (7800 South), Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
