An Adventure

Two Monday’s ago I went on a very long outing. I attempted to venture out more inland in an area I am not very familiar with. I drove to my school and bought my books and parking permit. Then I went and ran some errands to get ready for my parents tomorrow. Afterwards I did get a little lost but eventually met up with a good friend Jenny Heyman. Her and her daughter Kate took me to downtown Walnut Creek. We had lunch at CPK and neither one of us had pizza. Her husband gave us a hard time about that. After lunch we walked around the shops for a little bit and then headed back to her apartment so Kate could take a nap. Let me tell you she is one cute baby! We continued to visit and ordered some pizza and hung out since Matthew was working late. Around nine o’ clock we said our goodbyes and I took the hour long drive home. I had so much fun with her and it was great to get out of the city. I get to look forward to many more visits with her since my school is only ten minutes away from where she lives.
