Overdue Goodbyes

I have a couple long overdue goodbyes. It took me a while to post this subject because I miss them so much! First, my Beehives and the rest of the YW’s through me a goodbye party before I headed to San Francisco. We had a lot of fun and some very yummy treats! I greatly appreciated everything they did. I learned so much from them and they are greatly missed. I can’t wait to see them when I return to Utah!

Another goodbye tribute is to our family dog Brani. The last weekend in April I went down for Marissa’s bridal shower. Brani had been really sick for a couple of weeks and we were all worried about her. The morning of Marissa’s shower we took Brani back to the doctors because she wasn’t getting any better. When my Mom got back from the doctors she told us we had to put Brani down that afternoon. Her kidneys had failed along with many other organs in her body. Her entire body had shut down. So that morning we had many tears in our eyes and said goodbye to her. Brani was Mom’s little friend and would follow her where ever she went. She loved Matthew when he fed her M&M’s and I loved cuddling with her by the fire. Brani would also follow me around when Mom wasn’t there. I guess I resemble my Mom a little bit. Brani also loved riding in the truck with Dad and hanging out with him at the office. She was a great dog and is deeply missed!
