I was only in Utah for two days but I had the time of my life. It had been two years since I had been back. It was great to be there and remember so many fun college memories. It was a little bitter sweet being back in Provo. It was fun driving by UVU (known as UVSC when I attended), BYU, King Henry and Old Academy. It seems like so long ago when I was just starting my first year of college and a little unsure of being on my own. Then to return with Matthew and graduate together from BYU. Goals were reached and dreams came true. I couldn't have asked for a better college experience.
I was able to see so many family and friends again. Grams, Gramps, Gary and Linda happened to be in town at the same time for Sadie's blessings. It was great to be able to see so much family when it wasn't even planned. I introduced everyone to J-Dawgs and everyone seemed to enjoy it. After lunch we did a little bit of shopping and then said our goodbyes. I also had a chance to see Eddy and Miken for a few minutes. It was great to see them even if it was a quick little visit. I have to give a shout out to Todd and Meredith. They were kind enough to let me stay with them and put up with me coming and going all the time. They were best hosts. They cooked me breakfast, dinner and made caramel corn for me. Thanks you guys for everything. I had a great time with you two!
The main purpose for my visit was Hailey's wedding!! It was great to be there on her special day and to see the girls again. The wedding was beautiful and I loved all the little details of her reception. Congrats again Hailey!
The trip was way to short but well worth the it. Off to NYC I go!
