Goddag from Denmark

We were so glad we decided to explore Denmark for a day. We had a great time walking around the city and getting a quick feel for the culture. There is so much history in Europe! It was a perfect way to end our vacation.

Things I notice just walking around for a day…

  • It's kind of a dirty city
  • Lots of smokers
  • Cigarettes all over the ground
  • I fell in love with Royal Copenhagen - Fine Porcelain - We bought a few things

Day 1: Excited to explore Denmark • Walked around Nyhaven • Cool buildings, shops and boats along the water • Continued walking around the main tourist shops in the city • Bought some really nice Danish keepsakes • Copenhagen’s Cathedral – The Church of Our Lady • Tivoli Gardens • Took a nap • London and Sweden wore us out • Met up with the Larsson’s and did a session in the Copenhagen Temple • So happy to get things worked out for me to attend • Absolutely gorgeous inside and very Danish • A very special and unique experience • Had to juggle wearing a headset • Ordered room service back in the hotel for dinner • Packed and got ready to head back to the States

Day 2: Woke up early • Grateful that we stayed at the Hilton Copenhagen Airport Hotel • Walked to our terminal • Couldn’t believe our trip was already over • We had so much fun traveling together • Sad for our trip to end • Flew from Copenhagen to London • London to NY • NY to SF • 24 hours of traveling • Brutal • Our bed and little apartment welcomed us home with open arms • Glad to be home • Can’t believe we are only home for three days before out next trip
