Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festivals

We checked out the Pumpkin Festival again this year. The pumpkin treats are what we look forward to most of course. The weather was great which meant it was pretty crowded. On the way back to the city we stopped by our favorite pumpkin patch. Such a beautiful field with many pumpkins to choose from. We found the perfect little pumpkin for our little apartment.

Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival

A few weeks before Halloween, Half Moon Bay puts on a huge pumpkin festival. It's one of those things where you have to be there by 8 am or you will be sitting in traffic for hours. This year it fell around Megan's birthday and since her and Dave have put roots down in Sunnyvale, Craig and Diane made the trip up to celebrate. We walked by every single craft booth (being serious), tasted a variety of pumpkin flavored foods (them, not me) and searched for the perfect pumpkin(s) from a beautiful pumpkin patch (my favorite part of the day).

Happy Halloween

As usual Halloween is pretty low key for us. Matthew was working all day but we were able to make a quick visit to the Golden Gate/Bay Ward Halloween party. We aren't really big about dressing up but I like think I went as a witch and Matthew went as a SF Giants fan. Happy Halloween everyone!!
